You find yourself being reactive, short tempered, experiencing regret, you're impulsive, and/or tend to overreact. You cut people off when talking, one up their stories, or have to have the last word. You struggle with patience.
You wonder where the last 6 months, 2 years, 5 years or more have gone. You drive down the road and lose track of how you got there. You stay deep in thought and do things without thinking.
You have lingering thoughts of "who am I" and "what am I meant to do in life?" You haven't defined who you are and who you are growing into. You wonder what the meaning of it all is. You aren't secure in what you bring to this world.
Boundaries are difficult to stick to but you desperately want to firmly set them. You want to be heard but shy away from tough conversations. You have aspirations and dreams but you don't follow through with them for the sake of others or the obstacles that are in your way.
Not career success. You crave personal success. You want to feel like the best version of yourself. You 2.0. You desire confidence, self-love, and wholeness.

You likely already know or have the answers you need within. That's where I come in with self-discovery questions. From there, I'll teach you how to incorporate the tools you need to face the reality you want.
You and I will design your personalized coaching roadmap that will be unique to you and your needs.
We review what is working and what might not be working, we re-evaluate, we overcome limiting beliefs (can't vs can-do mindset), and together we stay accountable to the process of becoming your best self.

1 Hour - Intro Call - Am I the coach for you? Are you the client for me? Let's find out!
1 Hour - Schedule as you need and/or want
4 - 1 Hour Sessions - Commit to 4 weeks of pre-scheduled self-care sessions to practice consistent healthy practices. Savings of about 15%.

1 Hour - Discussion about your group & the focus of the group meditation or workshop.
